We want you to be fully satisfied with your Blizzard Gear Store purchase; if you are not, you may return your unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Blizzard Gear account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
